Sure. I am a flight instructor… I tell my studs that the wx forecast on which they are basing a fly/don’t fly decision has a context that is more important than sky conditions and viz…push them to “work at weather”. Understanding the many oscillations is my own current quest. Also… I am a history major!

Is it useful to write narratives on these climate indices, without truly understanding their causes?
I think they are all unified as being a result of long-scale tidal cycles.
